At Telco Credit Union, we know that things have changed drastically due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want what’s best for our current and future members. There are many stresses we’re all dealing with, including the health and safety of you and your loved ones. The last thing you might want to stress about is your finances. Serving Tarboro, Rocky Mount, and Greenville, North Carolina and surrounding areas, Telco is here to help. We want you to feel secure with us as your credit union.

So, how should you move forward with your Telco Credit Union membership? We encourage you to take a moment and do the following, if you have not already:

  • Make sure that you can log in to Telco’s mobile app and/or Telco’s website. This will ensure that your username and password are up-to-date.
  • Set up automatic payments for any loans you may have with us and for recurring bills. This way, you won’t forget a payment.
  • Set up direct deposit for recurring deposits and paychecks. This will eliminate your need to visit us in person.
  • Make sure you have a debit card and/or a credit card so that your funds are available to you 24/7. In addition, make sure you know your PIN (personal identification number) numbers for all cards, so that you can access your funds at ATMs.
  • Contact us to set up Remote Deposit Capture for paper checks. Once set up, this function will be available to you on Telco’s mobile app so that you can deposit and paper checks you receive without having to come to one of our locations.
  • Set up eAlerts for notifications about your account. This is one step to prevent/catch fraud on your accounts.
  • Stay safe!

To remind you, our Interactive Teller Machines (TelcoExpress) are available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 7 am to 12 pm at our drive-thrus in Tarboro and Greenville, NC. We hope that our services will provide convenience and some ease during this tough time, but we want to reiterate that our top priority is the safety and wellness of our members, employees, and communities. Additional measures are being taken at our branches and interactive teller machines to increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our public spaces.

We hope that you all stay safe, and we look forward to working with you in whatever capacity that may be. For any questions about your membership or how to become a member with Telco Credit Union, please contact us today
